AFS Triple Thrill Rewards

From now on to enjoy the Triple Thrill Rewards in AFS, starting your overseas exchange journey with a pleasing moment!

The promotion period of AFS Triple Thrill Rewards as below:

  • Referee Reward: Applicable from 1 July, 2024 to the deadline for registration of “Year Exchanges Program “and “Summer Exchanges Program”.
  • “Early Bird” for Year Exchange Program 2025-2026: Applicable from July 1, 2024 to November 3, 2024.
  • “1+1 Discount” for Summer Exchange Program 2025: Applicable from January 1, 2025 to February 16, 2025.

Referee Reward

  • The referee will receive an AFS hoodie (valued at HK$250) if the referred applicant submits the online application and pays the application fee (HK$600) on any of the year exchange program or summer exchange program.
  • The referee must be the returnee, the host family or the volunteer of AFS. To be eligible for the referral reward, the applicant must provide the referee’s name and mobile number for verification.
  • The referee must collect their prizes in person by displaying the notification message within a specific period. The referee may authorize others to collect the prizes on their behalf. Late collection will be regarded as null and void.
  • For courier, delivery fee must be paid by the referee and collected upon delivery.

 

“Early Bird” for Year Exchange Program 2025-2026

  • For general applicants, if the applicant submits the online application and pays the deposit (HK$50,000) on or before 3 Nov,2024, the applicants will entitle a discount of HK$3,000.
  • For Financial Assistance Scholarships students, if the applicant submits the online application and pay the deposit (HK$15,000) on or before 3 Nov, 2024, the applicant will receive a special AFS gift.
  • The “Early Bird “discount is not applicable for the Corporate Scholarships applicants.

 

“1+1 Discount” for Summer Exchange Program 2025

  • Two applicants apply summer exchange program together, each applicant must provide the other applicant’s full name and mobile phone number on the registration form to activate this offer.
  • Two applicants must apply for same program (destination) to activate this offer.
  • The applicant submits the online application and fully pays the program fee on or before 16 Feb. 2025 with another applicant, they will each entitle a discount of HK$1,500.

 

Others

  • Rewards cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash or other services or products.
  • AFS Intercultural Exchanges reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions of this promotion without prior notice.
  • In case of disputes, AFS Intercultural Exchanges reserves the right of final decision on all related matters.
  • In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail
